CHRIS DWYER
Chris is the team leader of the Kiwi Real Estate Group.  He is comfortable in both the commercial and residential real estate arenas.  Whether working for a buyer or a seller, Chris strongly believes in having a supportive and professional client relationship.  Chris earned his degree in property administration at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.  His professional background includes investment banking, financial planning, and residential and commercial property management.  Chris moved to Chicago in 1994.  He is in his 4th year as a licensed Realtor and joined Keller Williams Realty in March 2006 "because of their culture of teamwork and strong emphasis in training and development".  He has continued his education by receiving respected Real Estate designations such as the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).
Chris quickly became one of the top producers in the Lincoln Square office.  He is on the office agent leadership council and is a mentor to a number of new Realtors.  In the community, Chris is on the Board of the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce and also works with REST, a homeless shelter in the Uptown neighborhood.  Being from New Zealand, rugby has always been close to his heart, and Chris has been a part of the Lincoln Park rugby team as player, coach, and administrator.

Maggie does the essential "behind the scenes" work.  The bulk of her effort is directed toward the creative side of real estate: marketing using both web-based technologies (photos, virtual tours, website development) and more traditional methods (signs and printed materials).  Maggie also enjoys working in the field by representing buyers.  She has her Masters Degree in Music Therapy and worked in child welfare for 12 years as a counselor, social worker, music therapist, and recreational coordinator before becoming a Realtor.  Maggie moved to Chicago in 2004 and received her Realtor's license in early 2007.  She enjoys playing flute and piano and spending time with her family.

Mike is a native Chicagoan and has migrated from the southwest side (Beverly) to the Lincoln Square neighborhood.  As an advocate of this neighborhood, Mike joined Keller Williams Lincoln Square to begin his new career in real estate in 2007.  Mike chose Keller Williams for their emphasis on training and also knew that joining a team within the Keller Williams family was the direction he wanted to take.  It was gratifying when his mentor, Chris Dwyer, and his lovely wife, Maggie, asked if he was interested in joining their team, which he did.  Mike likes to play 16-inch softball, and he is also a baseball instructor who has worked with kids as well as adults.
